Camino de Santiago

Getting outside to walk in natural light offers mental and physical benefits. Give walking a try, even if feels difficult at first.

On the long-distance pilgrimage route known as the Camino de Santiago, natural spaces abound. In 2025, I walked over 300 miles of one Camino route. On the journey, my hiking poles were essential helpers (for more information on what I took with me click here.)
